Welcome to Geekshub! To make sure our digital clubhouse remains a fun, safe, and engaging place for everyone, we have a few basic ground rules. By using Geekshub.net, you’re agreeing to play by them.
1. The Golden Rule: Be Cool.
We encourage lively discussions and diverse opinions in our comments and community forums. However, we have zero tolerance for:
- Harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
- Posting spam or misleading content.
- Impersonating someone else.
- Doing anything that could harm the website or interfere with other people’s enjoyment.
Basically, don’t be a troll. We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who violate this spirit.
2. Who Owns What?
- Our Stuff: All the articles, guides, graphics, and logos you see on Geekshub.net were created by us (or our contributors) and are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to share snippets of our posts on social media or link back to us—we actually love that! But you can’t republish our full articles or tutorials on your own site without our explicit permission.
- Your Stuff: When you post a comment or contribute to the community, you still own that content. By posting it, you’re giving us a permanent, royalty-free license to store, display, and use it here on Geekshub.net.
3. Our Liability (The “We’re a Blog, Not a Warranty” Clause)
We offer Geekshub.net “as is.” We aim at exactness, but it is not possible for us to ensure that all will be 100% perfect and uninterrupted at all times. As far as the law allows, we (Geekshub.net and our team) are not responsible for any harm or losses arising from your use of the site or its content or your inability to use them.
4. The Boring But Important Legal Stuff
The governing laws for these Terms are those of the United States. In the case where any clause of these terms is determined to be non-removable, the remainder shall still be effective.
The internet is constantly changing and progressing, as is our company. The company may be required to revise the terms at some point. Your ongoing access to the site will be taken as your acceptance of the changes after we have posted the updated version here.
